Community Hotline

Parklands welcomes constructive feedback from our community.

Members of our community are able to contact Parklands during events or at other times to provide feedback or complaints regarding the performance of events.

The Community Hotline operates during event hours (generally 10:00am to 2:00am each day with a recorded message between 2:00am and 10:00am);

The Community Hotline number is advertised in full page ads in papers north and south of the venue along with Parklands and each event’s website;

It is also advertised via letterbox drops to 3,500 homes and businesses north and south of the venue;

All calls to the Community Hotline are issued with a unique identifying number and are recorded and stored.
