Community Hotline

North Byron Parklands welcomes constructive feedback from our community.

Members of our community are able to contact North Byron Parklands via phone, email or post - during events or at other times to provide feedback or share complaints regarding the performance of events.

During Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival Byron Bay:

• The Community Hotline operates during event hours only (generally 10:00am to 2:00am each day with a recorded message between 2:00am and 10:00am);

• The Community Hotline number is advertised:

  • In advertisements in newspapers surrounding the venue

  • On the North Byron Parklands' website (below)

  • On the relative event websites (please visit the respective event website for more info)

  • Via letterbox drops to 3,500 homes and businesses north and south of the venue;

• All calls to the Community Hotline are issued with a unique identifying number and are recorded and stored

• Emails are read and responded to in a timely manner (we ask for your kind patience as our team gets back to you)
